📦 क्या आप प्रोडक्ट वापस या बदलना चाहते हैं?
- यदि product डैमेज, डिफेक्टिव या गलत डिलीवर हुआ है — तो आप 7 दिनों के भीतर replacement या refund का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं।
- Product का इस्तेमाल नहीं किया गया हो और original पैकेजिंग में होना चाहिए।
🔄 Replacement कैसे होगा?
हमारी टीम defective product pickup करेगी और 3-5 दिन में replacement या refund प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी जाएगी।
💸 Refund कैसे मिलेगा?
- Refund आपके original payment method (UPI / Bank Transfer / Wallet) में किया जाएगा।
- Refund प्रक्रिया में 5 से 7 कार्यदिवस लग सकते हैं।
